The Jeep was extremely clean, and nice looking. Try to be as accurate about your return time as possible, he was calling and texting about 5-10 minutes after expected return time. We got caught in heavy traffic so we return it about 40 minutes after our expected time, and he had been there waiting for us to arrive. I would even suggest making your return time about 30-45 minutes later than what you anticipate to arrive just in case something similar happens. Overall it was well worth the $100+ dollars I saved by not renting a car.
