We apologize for any mix up. However, we do not understand how we are responsible for changing the drop-off time for Victoria's trip. Turo guests have full access to change the pickup and return times for their trip. This can be found in the "Trip Details" on the app. As with most rental car agencies including Turo, when a vehicle is booked you are charged for 24hrs whether you use that full 24hrs or not. We Turo Hosts cannot arbitrarily cancel a guest's trip.
This car was perfect for my needs and drove really smooth. It was a great experience!

Marcus was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and informative. The car had some cosmetic damage on the outside but was carefully detailed in photos taken by Marcus prior to pickup. Mechanically the car runs great and is very comfortable. Very clean inside.

Thank you for your feedback. We are however a bit confused about the 3 star ratings given after such a glowing review. By your own admission our car was carefully detailed along with photos for full transparency yet we received 3 stars for "accuracy". We are also confused about the 3 star rating for "MPG/Range". Our Hyundai Tucson has a 2.0L 4 cylinder engine that gets 23city/30hwy miles per gallon. That is considered excellent for an SUV in its class. Thanks again for booking with us.
