Car was clean and was easy enough to find. The pickup situation at Boston Logan was not ideal
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up at the terminal. The vehicle was in the economy parking garage, and you were provided with clear instructions on how to easily get there.

We got in a bind with a broken down rental car from a different owner, and had to rent this Honda pilot last minute. They were quick to respond and deliver it. Worked great, would definitely rent again!
