Pickup and drop off a bit confusing. Car ran ok but a few problems that have been communicated to the host.

We provided clear pre/post-trip photos, automatically sent hours in advance, along with street signs directing guests to the parking area. When the guest complained about the auto-off feature, we explained that it comes standard with the vehicle and must be manually disabled. We provided clear instructions, and it was the guest’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the vehicle’s features. These complaints reflect the guest’s unfamiliarity, not a failure on our part.
This was our first time ever hearing of and using Turo. We were very unsure of the process and had a ton of questions. Our host was very patient and extremely helpful with everything. The car was clean and ran smoothly. We would absolutely rent through them again.
