Got to the car, a little annoying to pay 60 dollars for it to be dropped off, yet it was still a 25 dollar uber ride. The car had a quarter of a tank of fuel when we got it. The biggest issue I had was with the tires. If I had a choice, I would have canceled it as soon as I saw them. No one that is driving around with their two kids would accept tires that bald. One day we were headed to the beach, and one of the tires was low. I had to take it to a shop and get it fixed, so there was 120 dollars, plus the 4 hours I wasted instead of being at the beach with my family. Very annoying and disappointing. Also I didn’t think to check before I rented, but our Mercedes did not have Apple car play so had to hold our phone for Google Maps all over California.

Thank you for your feedback, Brodie. Guests are responsible for tire damage during the trip. 4/32" is acceptable for Turo trip standards.
The car does have AppleCarplay using a cable in the armrest console.
The delivery fee is calculated to be the same the same amount it would cost to Uber to and from my home location.
We strive to provide safe and reliable vehicles for our guests and have done a full inspection, service, and replaced all 4 tires to ensure the safety of our future guests.
