Communication was the perfect balance attentive and informative without ever being intrusive during the trip. Every detail, instruction, and question was handled quickly and clearly, which made the entire rental stress-free.
The 2022 Mercedes GLB was exactly as described: clean, well-maintained, luxurious, and a pleasure to drive. You can tell they genuinely care about providing a high-quality experience for their guests. On top of that, the rate was extremely fair for the quality of both the vehicle and the service provided.
This is exactly the kind of hospitality and reliability you hope for when booking through Turo. I would absolutely rent from Marlon again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a premium, hassle-free experience.
