Great host always kept me up to date first time renting though Turo but easy pickup and drop off I has questions along the way they were answered quickly
Unfortunately, Turo does not assist with smoking claims, as mentioned in our previous chat. Regarding the stain, there was none noted in the photos provided. As for the exterior not being washed, the previous guest had the vehicle washed and returned it clean.

Vehicle was in great condition, Host was really easy to work with and responsive. Although car was not washed and Was on E when it was given to me. I actually returned the Vehicle in an even better condition.
