Car was immaculate. Hosts were very communicative via the app when I had questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Thank you, Robert! Answering questions quickly matters as much as the car itself, so we're glad both landed well. We'd be happy to host you again anytime.
Retrieving and leaving the vehicle. Had I known the address prior to booking I wouldn't have chosen it due to it being at the airport. The ad doesn't provide an address until you book it. For someone who isn't flying in it's a little difficult.

Thank you for your feedback, Ashley. I’m sorry the pickup location wasn’t convenient for your trip. Turo does not reveal a vehicle’s exact address until after booking, which is outside the host’s control. Our home location is at the Boise Airport Economy Lot because it provides reliable 24-hour access. We understand it may not be ideal for every local guest and will work to make the general pickup area clearer moving forward.
