The vehicle was parked over two miles away from the Airport where I had requested it be parked for pick up. The back of the vehicle with the third row up had almost no space for luggage. When we dropped it off, we parked it right next to the terminal area as that was where it should have been to begin with, we couldn’t find the information to the lock box and tried to text but got no response for a long while. We finally found the message from two days prior and was able to lock the key in the box and leave. Then after that, I got a message asking for us to leave the vehicle where it was parked when we picked it up. TWO MILES FROM THE AIRPORT.. no thanks.
The instructions are always very clear, the vehicle gets parked at the economy lot that is a free shuttle ride.
The Boise airport does not want Turo cars parked in short term parking.

Excellent car for Boise. Worked great in snow and Joshuah is an excellent host.

The pickup was not great. The owner was 20 min late in delivering the car. Also the car has over 100k miles on it and there was an issue with the tire notification.
I was on time and agreed to drop it off at short term for his convenience, he was upset because I didn’t pull it up to the baggage claim for him. He tried to pick it up 20 min early, that’s why he was upset.
Literally on time and since he was waiting 20 min before the trip started he complained. 😒
