This car was delivered and filthy condition. The exterior condition of the car was awful. Every body panel on the car was either damaged scratched or dented. The side mirror had been damaged and was taped together.
The low tire pressure indicator light was on
The oil change service due light was on
This owner was not maintaining their car well. I did not feel safe driving this car. I rent on Turo all the time. This was probably one of the least satisfying experiences that I’ve had.
Thank you for your feedback, Andrew. The vehicle has no mechanical issues and is regularly inspected, including weekly checks with a mechanic. We acknowledge exterior cosmetic wear from prior renters and are working to improve it. The interior was delivered clean; exterior cleaning was impacted as you arrived ~30 minutes early without notice. The vehicle was safe to operate at all times.

the car smelled awful, I had to buy an air freshener for it. Aesthetically, it has many dents and damages. And The owner charged me an excessive fee of 450 miles that I had not driven. When I disputed it, he admitted it was a mistake, ok it was a error i could derstand, but still didn’t correct the invoice. They ended up charging me $135, and I had to call technical support to get that money refunded. He could have fixed the error the first time, but instead he had another chance to correct it by sending the proper invoice, and he didn’t. Instead, he charged me again by taking the money directly from my account.
