No meet w host too confusing w app and email communication
We disagree with this review. Communication was handled promptly via Turo, and we asked the guest to message through the platform. The car was delivered clean and odor-free, but smoking occurred during the trip, causing the smell. The vehicle was returned with less fuel, and after we submitted a fuel reimbursement request, the guest left this negative review.
