You were only the second guest to use this newly purchased vehicle. The first guest left a 5-star review and reported no issues whatsoever.
Following your trip, the vehicle had a strong cigarette odor that required days of cleaning and treatment to remove. Given these circumstances, it is difficult to understand the comment regarding an “unpleasant smell,” as no such issue existed prior to your rental.
