The pick up and drop off was super easy and quick and when I had an issue the host was quick to respond and help. The only problem i found was the brakes were a but iffy, but otherwise great ride!

We didn’t have any issue from guests before; could this been the issue with the hand break you applied and reach out to us about and explained thur the platform message log.
