Owner was responsive. Car needed maintenance work done to it. The transmission and suspension error lights kept coming on and the vehicle kept sputtering. We cut our trip short due to those facts. No reimbursement was offered. We returned the vehicle cleaner than we received it and with the same amount of gas in which we received it. Owner knew the car needed work done, but is still renting the car. She said she was getting it done when we returned. Poor customer service. Anything could have happened to our family while we were on the road 8 hours away. We did not use all of the allotted mileage, so we should not be charged anything additional.
