Easy to pick up from the airport. Secured my family over the road and back in comfort. My twin toddlers in car seats and 8 1/2 months pregnant lady were enjoying the ride so I was too.

Car had a window that didn’t work when I picked it up for a 2 month trip and host tried to bully me into swapping for one of their other cars that was a lot smaller and called me names when I wanted to use Turo support to come to a resolution. This was the 2nd car I rented from this host and the last one was a longer rental also and the plates on the car were a few days from expiring when I picked up that car and I had to deal with the stress of getting the plates from the host and onto the car before the car wasn’t street legal. Host doesn’t make sure cars are clean and checked properly between rentals.
Just the facts. I always roll down the windows on the way to clean the car. They were working for me. Unexpected things can happen to cars on trips. Yes, I said you were being “ridiculous” when you asked me to compensate you $480 (which is against Turo rules) for the window that malfunctioned while on your trip. I quickly offered to do a price match car swap to a car that actually rents for more than the Jeep but you refused. I gave you a 5 star review even though you were difficult. Be blessed!
