The host was cool, the radio went out went blank i contacted the host he said oh it’s updating, I don’t think no radio go out when updating, car need improvement done, the host message me saying no smoking, like he knew I smoked or I don’t know the rules, i found that odd, no chargers available to charge your phone, Turo I will never rent a car from them again.

My no-smoking message was a friendly reminder to help you avoid a potential $150 smoking fee from Turo. It was not an accusation or an assumption that you didn’t know the rules.
Regarding phone chargers, different guests rent the vehicle and use different devices, so I cannot provide a compatible charger for every phone.
