This is the type of host that makes me not want to use turo. He gave us a car with a defective tire. He knew there was an issue with the tire before providing the vehicle. He was not very helpful in trying to remedy the situation. And he tried to state that the issue did not exist when he was contacted by turo during the refund process. However, the messages he provided during the rental process indicated that he knew about the issue prior to the rental starting. I had to go way out of my way to return the vehicle early, and then spend 45 minutes on the phone with turo support to get my partial refund.

This review is completely false. All of the tires were balanced at 40 psi this is part of my checklist before every rental. The renter contacted me two days after picking up the vehicle stating that the tire pressure light came on. The renter was out of state so I asked him to pull up to his nearest service center to have the tire fixed. He refused to do so and just put air in the tire. When he returned we checked the tire and there was a nail in it. This definitely happened on the trip.
