The host was very nice and flexible with me moving the pickup time early so I could leave earlier in the day. The car was in great shape and got surprisingly good gas mileage for being a large SUV. Unfortunately the air conditioner didn’t work the whole trip and it was a very hot weekend. Other than that it was a great rental and I would rent again once the AC was fixed.
Thank you so much for the review! Sad to see the loss of stars based on rig malfunction. My communication was always promt and respectful. I was not told about the problem with AC until drop off. I could have tried something if known sooner.
Rig is in shop less than 48 hours after trip.
Ac problem was new and unknown.
Rig will not be back on market until fixed which should be the end of day today.
Thanks again for taking car of my rig!
