Great looking car however, couldn’t connect to car play at all

Overall experience was kinda stressful, late arrival for pick up, car wasn’t cleaned when I picked up but wanted me back in time to prepare for the next booking, constant dinging noise I had to call for help about and radio system was just hectic. Didn’t really get to enjoy the vehicle for son’s prom.
Your pickup time was for 9am. You arrived at 9:15am and still had not submitted your license on Turo for approval yet you are stating we were late for pick up lol. The car has no mechanical issues whatsoever. If your seatbelt was on, there should be no dinging noise same as any other car! You did call for assistance with the radio on 3 separate occasions and all 3 calls were answered and even assisted you via FaceTime.
