What started as a stressful situation—the previous renter hadn't returned our originally booked car, leaving it stranded in another state—turned into a seamless experience thanks to Shirley and Francisco. Francisco jumped into action and had us swapped into a different vehicle right before we arrived, making for a smooth pickup and departure. The replacement car was spotless, fully stocked with amenities, and surprisingly roomy—even our very tall travel companions had plenty of space. We are so thankful for their quick thinking and professionalism in turning a potential disaster into a great solution. Highly recommend!
