This was a surprise for my husband for his birthday and he absolutely loved it. I just wish it had a side step. Overall a great ride and an easy check in and check out process.

Car was great, pick up location was valet so you have to pay for that additionally which would of been good to know prior. Host responds in a timely manner and ride was clean and smooth

I do want to clarify that I notified you in advance that I was en route to the airport and that the vehicle would be left with valet for pickup. Airport valet fees are charged by the airport, not by me as the host. Your flight was late, which caused the normal fees that are paid for valet even more. In the future, I'll make sure it's further clarified
