Unfortunately, our experience with this rental was disappointing. When we received the vehicle on Wednesday, there was an extremely strong marijuana/weed odor inside. The smell was not faint it was very noticeable and remained in the vehicle throughout our entire trip from Wednesday through Sunday. This was especially concerning because we were traveling with our 4 month old baby, who had to ride in the vehicle every day while the odor was still present. We contacted the host about the issue, and she acknowledged that she and her husband could smell the odor as well. She explained that the previous guest had apparently smoked in the vehicle and that they had attempted to address the smell with an air freshener. I understand that another guest may have caused the problem, but I do not believe a vehicle with such a strong lingering marijuana odor should have been rented to the next guest without the odor being fully removed, especially since we were not warned about it beforehand. Had we known the condition of the vehicle before the trip, we would have chosen another rental. The odor significantly affected our experience and made us uncomfortable having our infant in the vehicle.

It is unfortunate that guests are allowed to smoke in vehicles even after the host post the rules that we do not allow smoking in our vehicles. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience as we are non smokers ourselves and understand how disappointing this is. We also hope that having a clean, well maintained vehicle brought some comfort in lieu of the smoke odor from the previous guest.
For the inconvenience, we have sent a coupon to use if you choose to rent with us again in the future.

Requires was such a great host. The pick up and drop off was great as well. The car did have a shake on the highway I believe maybe unbalanced tires but im no mechanic. Otherwise everything was great!

Thanks for the review. We recently had new tires installed but will make sure that the tires are balanced to avoid this issue in the future.
