This trip was canceled a couple of hours after it was booked. The vehicle was reactivated by the automated system. We could not host this trip as we were preparing for my father's funeral.

Was charged a late fee after paying for extra hours to return the vehicle… it was cancelled… won’t be refunded until 10 business days…. Has a conversation with the host about it & Turo & Honestly if like not already stressed enough this was a stressful return

Ty, I am sorry that you are frustrated and stressed but that isn’t because of the return process. You chose to request an extension less than one hour before the trip ended and we did our best to accomodate your last minute request and was unable to in time. We did allow you to extend your trip by 3 days earlier this week but you didn't mention that. 😔 This review is very disappointing, shocking and unfair
