He was an absolute wonderful host great communication and easy pick up and drop off. I was panicking because my phone went dead during drop off so I didn’t know what to do with the key but the Turo app and host was understand, offering alternatives everything went well 👍

The car looked great and had good reviews, but the moment I turned on the AC, it smelled exactly like an ashtray. Despite being listed as a "No Smoking" car, the cigarette stench was so unbearable it made us dizzy, which was especially terrible for my pregnant wife. 🤰😢
When I reported it, the host initially admitted the issue and offered me $100 to get a car wash and a spray. However, getting a deep clean to actually remove such a penetrating smell cost $350. For the sake of our health and time, I decided to return the vehicle.
The worst part? After handing the car back, the host changed his story, accused me of lying, and tried to charge me instead. 😞💔
Because of this nightmare, I lost an entire day, had to eat out, and spent over $150 on multiple Uber rides just to get around. A complete lack of honesty and empathy. 💸🚗💨

El carro se veía muy bien y tenía buenos comentarios, pero al encender el aire acondicionado expedía un olor a cigarrillo insoportable, como si fuera un cenicero. Aunque el anuncio decía claramente "No Smoking", el olor era tan fuerte que nos causó mareos, afectando terriblemente a mi esposa que está embarazada. 🤰😢
