Great experience renting this car! The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. He had the vehicle waiting for me right outside baggage claim and was also there waiting when I returned, which made the whole process incredibly easy. The car itself was very clean, was a smooth ride, very gas efficient, and handled the cold weather perfectly. It made for a great trip- I would definitely rent again! ⭐️

Jeff was great, responsive and flexible when I asked to change my time of return. The car was clean and great for Montana roads, he left us waters which was a really nice touch after a day of flying. No waiting whatsoever for Jeff, he was right there for pickup and drop off.
Yep! Refreshments are nice after a long day of being cramped in a tube with strangers for hours....lol. Thank you for appreciating the extra touches. So glad you were happy with the Vehicle.

Super host! Super car! Jeff met us at the airport’s pick up area with the car (and waited patiently as my bag was the last to come thru baggage claim)…red carpet treatment compared to trudging to the overflow lot last year when we visited the Flathead Valley. We were able to get around Whitefish with no trouble despite the snowstorm that passed through the night we arrived. There was plenty of room for two people and our ski gear for daily trips up/down the Big Mtn road. Toasty warm seats and the heated steering wheel helped when the temp dipped into the single digits. Jeff met us at the drop off area at the end of our trip. Again, we felt so spoiled not needing to park a ways away and walk. AND…Jeff even turned around and came back to the airport when I realized I left a bag in the car!! Thanks for helping us have a wonderful trip!!
As I’ve said so many times before. People always appreciate being treated with a Ritz Carlton level of service. Being a guest long before becoming a host I’ve realized how important it is to make things as easy as possible for people. It does make a hell of a difference.
