Exceptional Turo host! He went above and beyond to help me navigate some confusion and complications with my reservation, and really helped me out of a bind when having the car was especially important. He was incredibly understanding, accommodating, and patient throughout the entire process.
Communication was excellent from start to finish—professional, courteous, responsive, and genuinely friendly. The car was exceptionally clean and exactly as expected. It’s rare to find someone who puts this much effort into making sure their guest has a great experience.
I couldn’t have asked for a better host and would highly recommend him to anyone using Turo. Five stars all around!
