Car was great, a little shakey on the highway when going over 70.

Car arrived 30 min late, seemed to have transmission issues during our driving and then I believe the thermostat got stuck so car was running hot until we troubleshooted ourselves. Not horrible but most Turo experiences have been great. Wouldn’t rent from them again
Thank you for your feedback, Brooke. We want to clarify that this vehicle has been rented by many guests and we have never had any reports of transmission or overheating issues in the past. The Tahoe has consistently performed well for previous trips.
Occasionally, unexpected situations can occur with any vehicle, but prior to this trip the vehicle has not shown the issues described. We also appreciate you noting the cleanliness, accuracy, and communication.
