What a kind man! He met me right outside baggage claim and handed me the keys and we were off! All went super smooth. Brand new tires, super comfortable car with all the fancy bells and whistles. Loved it! Highly recommend!

The car was nice and well kept. It was perfect for what we needed just driving around town. Everything was as described.

The car was fine except for one of the front tires was very very bad! It was bald on the outside in a couple spots. I was nervous because I did a lot of driving to clients, even had to stop and put air in the tire due to the light going on. What upset me the most also was I had an appointment change and I couldn’t get the car back in time, so I texted him and his response was that he could not do it. And I wanted to see if we could do another time he didn’t respond for over an hour. When he did respond I had already rented another car. I find that unexceptionable. I had 2 cars on Turo last year and it is important to respond quickly, so when I saw the reviews that he did I was happy BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE.
