The car functions great. Reasonably clean. Good user experience. Great road trip car.
Pickup and dropoff was smooth.
Ran into an issue with the tires, the host was supportive, nonetheless technically made a very unsafe road trip for my family..
Replies through turo were slow but texting was fast.
Returning the car at 95% charge was an infeasible request because I wasn't able to home charge. Supercharging past 90% took over 2 hours.... Would have liked to see return policy at 80%, but I get it considering the pickup location.
But that and the tire issue wasted over 5 hours of my trip...
Overall a positive experience. I had a good price. Would rent again.

Also, note to host: consider checking the radiator efficiency located in service mode. I learned this after but it tells you if it needs to be cleaned. The car had kind of bad range when it was super hot outside, so I'm thinking it might need the radiator cleaned. Good luck

The car was not clean upon arrival. It was dirty inside and out. Also, one of the front headlights were out. The car is nothing like it was when I’ve previously rented it. I also receive falsified pictures of not properly charging the car before returning it and I have proof. They also tried to forcefully make me extend. I would have, had it not been blocked off;but after driving the car all the way to Bessemer al it was pointless and I was still being messaged when I was just asking them to lock the doors. I thought this was one of my favorite companies to rent from, but I will stick to enterprise.
