Host was awesome which is why I am giving this a 5 star review. The car had a few issues: a huge crack in the windshield, and the car had a mechanical issue during my trip. I’m a very understanding person, stuff happens, this was not a downfall of my trip, more of an inconvenience. The host walked me through the process on how to contact roadside assistance through Turo support. I appreciate the host for being so kind and supportive through this time especially so last minute.
