Vehicle came dirty. They said they washed it but not when it arrived. They arrived late to simply drop it off at my home. I had to go to meetings and was late because of this. My first 2 rentals with them were good but maybe don’t book a morning drop off because they don’t get out of bed until 8 am.
The vehicle was washed 12 hours prior to the morning booking. Our team made special accommodations to deliver to an address outside of the normal radius and arrived on time as the reservation stated. I do apologize that this rental didn’t provide you with a 5 star experience as previous trips with us. We look forward to your next rental with us.

Car is beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Pick up and drop off was 10x faster than your traditional rental car places. Will definitely do this again.
