Easy pickup and drop off. Car was clean. Would rent again!

Car had a weird gear shift thing when we first started it and put it in reverse but it does seem common with this make and model. No other issues with driving. There is no USB charger only USBC and it charges phones incredibly slow. They do park the car in a paid parking lot so there is a 25plus unexpected charge that we were not prepared for that we wish we had been notified of. They were really flexible with pick up since our flight was delayed and AC works well. Other than that it was an okay experience.
This vehicle is a new model that nowadays only comes with USBC.
I do inform in the pickup instructions about the airport charging a $26 fee to exit and I’ll also have to pay $26 when you return it. It’s possible that guests might have miss reading the pickup instructions.
