Pick-up was easy, the car was in very clean condition. It wasn’t the car we expected (a Telluride)….it was a Seltos. But this wasn’t through any fault of Jocylen. Turo just didn’t have an accurate description available in their app. To her credit, Jocylen did put the disclosures in the posting. I just missed it. Overall, a great rental experience. She was responsive, had everything ready to go, and made it very smooth!
