The car was very clean, smelled great, and the host seemed friendly providing user friendly instructions and rules while on this current trip. However the check engine light came on and car started vibrating terribly while driving from Point A to Point B. Once the host was notified he didn’t seemed to be concerned about it and didn’t provide a resolution to this problem I was having with his car. It has gotten to the the point I no longer feel safe driving the car and since a resolution was not provided or offered by the host, outside of continuously driving the car until it time to return it, I had to unfortunately report it to Turo and return it sooner than I scheduled for in hopes to finding a resolution to this problem. For this, I won’t be booking with the host in the future.

Unfortunately during this trip the check engine light did come on it is an extremely false statement that it was uncared for or it wasn't a resolution it wasn't another vehicle that was available to exchange this particular customer into because they were all rented out the vehicle has been repaired and everything is okay with the vehicle some things can't be avoided
