Melanie gave all the info needed ahead. Pickup and return instructions were clear. The car was clean, full of gas, and ready to go when we arrived on a late flight. We were 2 adults and 3 tween kids, all with roller bags and backpacks. We fit... but it was tight when the luggage was in and had to leave one of the back seats folded to fit it all. If we had another person, we may not have had enough room.
We were staying in the mountains near beaver lake. A few of the really steep mountain roads had the car struggling to get up but we ultimately made it. Kids were disappointed that there weren't any USB outlets (if there are we couldn't find them) but that was expected with an older model car.
Would definitely rent from Melanie again!
