Jason communicated, very well, and the car is a wonderful car. However, I asked him if I needed to fill it with gas. And he said he could take care of it. And " the cost of gas will just be added to your trip". He never mentioned the extra ten dollar fee. If he had mentioned the extra $10 I would have made a greater effort to gas the car up myself. So I feel I was a little misled. As far as locking the key in the car, which was my very stupid mistake, i never saw a lock like that before. And didn't realize how it worked. But one thing I do realize is that if someone is in the car rental business that they should have an extra set of keys. I figured that each of those things is worth about one and a half stars, which gets me down to about two stars. I'm sure most people have a very good experience with jason, mine was a little painful and much of it was my fault.
