What a wonderful experience! Those hosts were super helpful and communicative and the car was a JOY to drive. Next time I’m in Bend, I will definitely be renting again. Thank you for a great trip guys!

The car was nice and fun but there were a few down sides the stereo cutout about every 15ish min which was super annoying we knew about it a day or 2 before the trip but to late to cancel to find something else the backup camera u could barely see out of it and no it wasn't dirty a few other things. Wish he would of given us a discount because of the few things but it is what it is. If he fixes those issues it's a nice car but was definitely not worth the price I paid and if ur taller than 5'7" not comfy for the passengers

So that anyone reading this is aware, we did offer, and you received, discounts in the form of a return of the vehicle without a full tank and no charge for excess miles. The mileage driven was well in excess of what was provided for the reservation you made. We also did not charge you for the $1,000 windshield which was damaged during your trip. As for the stereo, there simply was no way for us to address it prior to your trip, which was fully refundable.
Car was easy to find easy to pick up and easy to return. Was in perfect in clean condition. Would absolutely rent again.
