The vehicle had some mechanical difficulties, but the host was very gracious, and did his best to switch us to another vehicle as soon as he could. I wish all TURO hosts communicated as well as this one.
I would feel very confident renting a TURO vehicle from this host again.

Thanks, James. It turned out that the Merc just needed a new battery. We do adhere to Turo's policy regarding battery age...just a case of bad luck with the battery dying during your rental. Thanks for your being flexible with our providing a replacement vehicle.
Great experience! The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and easy to follow, and communication with the host was excellent.
