Easiest pick up and drop off ever! The car was in excellent condition and was perfect for my trip.

The vehicle battery didn’t hold a charge and the vehicle was “down” for 1/2 day. I requested a refund for 1/2 day rental as I missed 2 important meetings - owner refused to refund. Also, hood struts were not working (would not support hood in upright position) - this is dangerous to a novice renter.
