Joseph was amazing in communication and seamless drop off and pickup at O'Hare which at times can be tricky. While vehicle was brand new, it was very clean and maintained. They were understanding of any delay I was having and flexible on times I might arriving and returning the vehicle. Highly recommend, this vehicle and Joseph for your trip. I definitely. will be my reaching out if im ever in need of a vehicle again through turo in the greater Chicago area.
