Car was great! Would definitely rent from smoothdrive again! Very accommodating and understanding when I needed to extend my trip ..which I’m very thankful for!

The car smelled so strongly of weed from the previous renter I couldn’t drive without the windows down. Otherwise the car and service were good.
Thank you very much. We appreciate the kind words! The car has been treated for smoke and it’s ready to go. Just to clarify, few hours prior to the trip start, we took the vehicle to the guest drop off location, told them everything and made sure they are satisfy with the vehicle otherwise we have enough time to swap the vehicle (we had few in stock) but they were satisfied. Even the next morning we offered them again to swap with no response. When the car return we gave them refund as well.

Car quality was immaculate. The pickup was easy to find and very convenient. The host was extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to work with! In my opinion I need more stars than the max of 5 were allowed. Thank you again! Will definitely book again next trip to Seattle!
