Chan was the most gracious and patient host! I was having trouble uploading my driver's license but Chan was able to ease my anxiety and let me know I was still able to rent the car. The vehicle was in great condition. Chan explained how the car started up, since I had never driven a hybrid. I am going to look for Chan and his car for every trip I book. Thank you Chan!
