The fsd is not subscribed during the trip, and the host could not help to resolve the issue and refuse any refund or provide any assistance. Not responsive at all and make my trip fail like a disaster 😢

This was a Tesla software glitch, and as soon as you contacted us, we reconnected the FSD and immediately worked with Tesla Support to resolve the issue. The FSD was restored within about an hour. We’re sorry the experience was frustrating, but we did our best to assist as quickly as possible once we were notified.
