The pickup and return processes were easy and convenient. However, the car’s tires were in poor, damaged condition. We had to spend an extra morning at an auto shop to have the tires replaced. We were refunded one day’s rental as compensation. Other than that, we had no major issues.

This Tesla Model Y is a very good choice to travel in Washington State. The car is in a good condition, clean and the pickup and return procedure was easy to do.
