We rented a cooler which they forgot and we had to wait at the airport for. The car wasn't as great as we thought - the alignment was off and didnt track straight on the highway making it not a comfortable drive/ride. Pretty disappointing for an expensive luxury rental. And if you return the car early, you're responsible to pay for the parking at the airport, which we weren't aware of. Otherwise the car was okay
We apologize for forgetting the cooler. Once we realized it, we delivered it to the renter within 10 minutes. The car is not yet due for an alignment yet but I have scheduled one. Regarding the parking fee, we paid based on the scheduled return time and I paid it. The renter returned the vehicle more than 2 hours early and did not modify the trip in the Turo app beforehand. We only requested reimbursement for the additional hour of parking that resulted from the early return.

Car was fine, service was excellent. Only issue was that the awful smelling air freshener hanging on the mirror permeated the whole car and even though I put it in a ziplock bag, the car reeked of perfume all weekend. Minor issue, but annoying.
