Car was 30min late, tank half full, had a weird smell. Host was very apologetic and kind, however she did call me several times during pickup and drop off which was very annoying.
There was a sign in the car that said “tips are appreciated” which I found very inappropriate. I’m not getting chauffeured, I’m renting a car. Will not rent from this host again. Not because she wasn’t kind, but because it was more of a hassle than expected, and overall awkward and unprofessional.
She asked me to give her a 5 star review and said she would buy me a coffee next time if I did.

Hi, As compensation like other business I offered you a coffee giftcard and I asked you to finish your review not for 5 stars. I delivered and picked up at terminal for no additional charge for your convenience. I kept in communication with you when you had a question and did not ignore out of my professional courtesy . I made sure the tank was 7/8 full but it was returned to me almost empty. Certainly not a chauffeur, but "tips" is something seen at most business. So sorry you felt this way, TY
Everything went smoothly. Samya is a great host - she dropped off and picked up the car directly at the terminal. Other renters required additional charges for parking but Samya did not. The car was very clean and had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend.
