The host had great response times, is very courteous and the car was clean. We did have issues with the parking pass, as it had already been used to exit the garage and we had to wait for them to look up the actual entry time and calculate the cost manually. There was also a broken trunk button and a couple cracks and chips in the windshield which were not previously disclosed. We made sure to document everything with pictures right away. Otherwise, the car drove great and we had no other issues.

The parking ticket issue was caused by the airport garage’s system and not the vehicle itself. The windshield chips documented were normal road wear and had no impact on safety or drivability.
Regarding the trunk button, we tested it after the trip and found it to be functioning normally. As with most modern vehicles, the trunk can only be opened when the vehicle is unlocked.
