Arrived almost an hour late,
Trunk was dirty on arrival,
Charged an extra fee for airport delivery which I was unaware of when booking,
Got a ticket from a cop because of past due registration
Told I was going to have this taken care of then proceeded to charge me parking fees which I had to dispute, then they promised to reverse them and never got back to me, and my charges went through.
Thank God for TURO Support, because they helped me faster than these yahoos

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU USE “GOOGLE MAPS” when you punch in the Kirkland address, other map programs will guide you to a different location.

The listing says snow tires but they never installed snow tires. I had my pregnant wife with me and we spun out sides way twice on snowy mountains roads. Apparently we’re not the only people ones, read the previous review also. The tires were all season with low tread and struggling to break even on dry city streets. The high beam didn’t work in pitch dark roads. Other than that the car was comfortable as expected from Mazda CX-5.
We’ve filed a Consumer Protection Act report with the Washington state Attorney General because these people seem to be repeat offenders of false advertising, deceptive practices and blatant disregard for customer safety. My former boss is also the SVP Engineering at Turo so I’ll be escalating this through him.
