Very clean car and served its purpose. Won’t answer if you need them. Luckily I figured it out. Use the key that looks like it doesn’t go to the car. When they said fob I thought they meant it’s not a push start so that was my fault for misunderstanding. If it were a REAL emergency I wouldn’t have been able to get ahold of host. I called 11 times (according to my caller ID) and messaged in the app and no one answered. I ended up adding more gas than how I received it when I returned it. Didn’t know until I saw the hosts photos which means the tank wasn’t all the way full.

With full honesty the comment is inaccurate:
1) Car is full fuel at pickup, please check photo again,
2) Guest reached out at 7:37AM and host responded in app about 10 min after, the “irresponsible” story is unjustified,
3) car was returned 2 hour late causing inconvenience for the next trip and host check out and we didn’t penalize.
Every non-five star rating is a penalty towards the car being unlisted. We sincerely hope guests can submit a fair rating to ensure good cars keep listed
