I’ve been using Turo for a long time, but this was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
The host was amazing — very friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process super easy. The car came with everything I could possibly need: a phone charger, phone holders just in case (even though the car already had CarPlay), water, and clear instructions on how everything worked.
Pickup was incredibly easy, drop-off was just as smooth, and communication was excellent throughout the entire trip. Anytime I needed support, she was easy to reach and very responsive.
You can really tell that the host cares about the guest experience and pays attention to every little detail. I would absolutely rent from her again. Highly recommended!
