Awesome car and great service

Car was great, nice and clean.
Pick up was smooth and with plenty of time.
Communication with host was quick but we had an issue when fees were charged greater than what was expected. Also unclear communication of the fee incurred when dropping off vehicle 20 minutes early. Who knew early was an issue and late is the better option?!?!
We allow renters to modify their trips if they want to drop off the car early within working hours that way we as hosts can plan well. As a host managing a fleet of vehicles, we rely on the scheduled trip times to coordinate parking, staffing, vehicle preparation, and other logistics. When return times change without advance notice or a trip modification, it can create additional costs and operational challenges. We don’t charge the parking fee, SeaTac Airport does for clarification.

A great experience right from the first interaction. The communication was clear and guidance at every step. The 2025 Honda Pilot that I got was in great shape, with the interior spotlessly clean, the car was great, and made me consider buying a Honda Pilot. The return process was smooth too. Overall a great value. I would definitely rent a car from Rahene again.
